Griffith University are seeking to reduce any expectation of an ongoing commitment to employment for sessional academic staff to a MAXIMUM of two weeks.
The proposed changes will significantly increase already high job insecurity and will place additional pressure on all staff with course planning and delivery. There are many unanswered questions about who will take up the work that sessional staff will no longer be able to complete.
