NTEU expects our workplaces and activities to be respectful safe places where staff, officers and members are not subjected to inappropriate behaviour. In 2023 the National Council endorsed a Code of Conduct to apply in all spheres of union activity. The Code of Conduct is binding on members and staff.
The Code provides definitions of unacceptable behaviour and a process by which a complaint can be made. You can read and download the Code of Conduct below.
