Joining NTEU gives you access to expert advice

Being a member of NTEU means that you can seek advice on industrial or legal issues that relate to your employment.

If you want to report an issue at your institution or place of work, immediately contact your local NTEU branch and get in touch with your workplace representatives.

By contacting your branch you might discover that your issue is one that we are already working on for others (e.g. mass underpayment), or where it may set an important and useful precedent for members.

Read more about our policy on representation.

Not yet a member?

Only NTEU members have access to industrial and legal advice.

Note: If you're joining NTEU with a pre-existing issue, our industrial and legal team might not be able to help you. Read our policy for more information.

 INFORMATION

  • Members who join NTEU seeking assistance with a pre-existing issue can have no expectation of industrial assistance.
  • If you have recently submitted an online join application, you will not be able to access the Help@Work form until your membership is approved by our membership team (an email confirming your membership is sent to your registered email address).

Members who need help can go the Help@Work page in your Member Portal
