Have your say on RACGP pay and conditions - help shape your next staff enterprise agreement

Your pay and working conditions at RACGP are established through an enterprise agreement. That Agreement is due to be renegotiated soon and the outcome will affect everything from wages and workloads to leave and job security.

Before negotiations begin, we want to hear from you!

Join your RACGP Union representatives and fellow staff at an online meeting on Wednesday 15 October to learn more about enterprise bargaining and to share your ideas and priorities for our next Agreement.

Why it matters
In past negotiations, staff secured real wins, including, pay rises, overtime rights, new leave provisions, and even the right to disconnect. We want to protect our existing conditions and achieve further improvements - and it would be great to hear your thoughts.
