NTEU Membership Tax Statement 2025/26 Financial Year

Taxation statements for membership fees paid directly to the NTEU during the 2025–26 financial year are now available. This includes payments made via Direct Debit, Credit Card, Invoice (BPAY), Cash, and Cheque.

Existing Members
Existing members can download their taxation statements by logging into the Member Portal and navigating to the My Payments page.

  • Scroll to the Tax Statements section.
  • Select the relevant financial year.
  • Click Generate to download your statement.

Former Members
Former members will receive their taxation statements via email.

Members paying by payroll deduction
If you currently pay, or paid at any time during the 2025–26 financial year, via payroll deduction, your membership fee deductions will be included on the PAYG Income Statement provided by your employer or available through your myGov account.

FAQ:

  • Why don't I have a taxation statement?
    You did not pay any fees directly to NTEU during the last financial year, or you pay only via payroll deduction, in which case you will find your fees on PAYG summary supplied by your employer.
  • Why does my taxation statement only show part of my fees?
    You may have changed to payroll deduction payment option during the financial year and you will find the rest of your fees on PAYG summary supplied by your employer.
  • Why do I get tax "statement no available message" when I generate statement report from member portal
    You did not pay any fee in the selected period or You paid your membership fee through employer payroll deductions. You can locate the paid membership fees on the PAYG summary supplied by your employer or contact your payroll department for the deductions summary.
